Seldom does a property offer four season convenience like that of the Presque Isle Chalet. The sandy, gently sloping shoreline offers great swimming and play for all ages. Being a part of the three lake Presque Isle chain, guests are treated to both recreational boating and some of the area's finest fishing. The kitchen offers a cottage feel, and features a fancy gas stove, making cooking and entertaining a bit more fun. Enjoying meals in the sky-lit dining area at the large table with a stone gas fireplace for chilly nights, and lakefront views will definitely be a talked-about activity and memory-maker. Snowmobile access couldn't get any easier due to the home's location directly off trail #6. 2 Queens, 1 Double, 1 Twin (2 Bunk Sets in the summer).

In the summer months, as an added space for the young ones, a great little guest cabin sleeps four in bunk beds. 18-ft pontoon available - inquire please.  A truly charming setting, any time of the year, for your group's enjoyment of the 1,500 acre Presque Isle Chain of 3 lakes.

Rental Rates Peak Season: $265 per night or $1600 per week.

Mid Season: 05/01 - Memorial Day; Labor Day to 10/30. $195/night, $1150/week.

Winter Rates: $160 per night or $900 per week.

Off-Season Rates: Please inquire.

Tax: State and Town tax at additional charge.
 

Rental Policies

Deposit Policy: We require either 25% down or a credit card number to hold your reservation. VS/MC are accepted. No charges will occur on the supplied card prior to your stay unless instructed. We will charge the card if informed to do so or if you depart without handling payment in another manner.

Cancellation Policy Summer Peak Season: Cancellations must be at least 60 days in advance. Cancellations received after this will be charged up to 50% of the total rental stay. If we are able to fill the reservation, we will return the amount in its entirety less a $30 administration fee.

At the top of Wisconsin, you'll find a place where wilderness is alive and well. Presque Isle is your Northwoods destination for snowmobiling, fishing, boating, paddling, hiking, biking, birding and relaxing. Surrounded by protected federal and state forest land, Presque Isle remains an oasis of wildlife and sparkling lakes. Spring, summer or fall are the perfect time for fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking. Take your pick of over 1000 area lakes, with lots of beautiful beaches and excellent boat launches. Paddlers could spend a lifetime exploring the area; and anglers will find excellent fishing throughout the year. Winter is the time for outdoor play. Snuggled within the Lake Superior Snowbelt, Presque Isle is often lucky to receive ample snowstorms and lake effect snows from December on. Presque Isle and the Northwoods region provides a true wilderness snowmobiling and skiing/snowshoeing experience as trails meander through vast, peaceful stretches of pine and hardwood forests. We are within a 30-minute drive to the Upper Peninsula's waterfall treasures; to Lake Superior beaches and to Great Lakes' fishing excursions; to the Porcupine Mountain Wilderness Area; and to the Upper Peninsula's top snow skiing and snowboarding destinations in Indianhead, Big Powderhorn, and Blackjack Mountains. Head in the other direction and we're just 40 minutes from Minocqua-Woodruff which offers a plethora of activities from Lumberjack Shows to Wildlife Centers to Go-Karts, Movies, and Putt-Putt. Anywhere in and around Presque Isle, you'll find a number of quaint gift shops and antique stores, fine and casual dining establishments and pubs, 9- and 18-hole golf courses, and guided fishing, canoeing, hunting, and snowshoeing excursions.
