Rate Information

Regular Season: $1350/week (January through April)
Package Deal: $2500/package (peak season; with week stays in FL and WI - Van Vliet Lake Home)

Off Season: $1150/week (May through December)

Tax: State and Town tax at additional charge.

Rental Policies

Deposit Policy: We require 25% down upon making reservation. Checks, money order, and VS/MC are accepted. Thereafter, payment must be received, in full, 30 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be at least 60 days in advance. Cancellations received after this will be charged up to 50% of the total rental stay. If we are able to fill the reservation, we will return the amount in its entirety, less a $30 administration fee.
