Vacation Rental Description

Located at the top of Indianhead Mountain in Wakefield, Michigan this 2 Family Unit (2 floors) condo is specially designed for privacy and fun for your family or group of friends.

Two of the bedrooms each have a Queen bed, and the other two bedrooms each have bunk beds with full on the bottom and twin on the top. There are 3 futons sofas in the living rooms, which bring the total number this Condo can sleep to 18.

The fitness center, indoor pool/spa, racquetball court, restaurants and lounge, pool table, DVD rentals and arcade games are located in the main chalet across the street.

Rate Information

Rental Rates: $175 per night or $1050 per week.

Tax: State and Town tax at additional charge.

Rental Policies

Deposit Policy: We require either 25% down or a credit card number to hold your reservation. VS/MC are accepted. No charges will occur on the supplied card prior to your stay unless instructed. We will charge the card if informed to do so or if you depart without handling payment in another manner.

Cancellation Policy Summer Peak Season: Cancellations must be at least 60 days in advance. Cancellations received after this will be charged up to 50% of the total rental stay. If we are able to fill the reservation, we will return the amount in its entirety less a $30 administration fee.

Located at the top of Indianhead Mountain in Wakefield, Michigan. We are conveniently located by Lake Superior for your fishing and boating pleasure. Condo's are specially designed for privacy and fun with your family or a group of friends. Fisherman and Golfers will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying a cocktail after a long day in the sun.

This condo is in the heart of the Upper Peninsula's snow belt, Wakefield and the surrounding area has the best snow (yearly avg 200+ inches) and outdoor recreation.

Visit in the spring, summer or fall to enjoy the hiking/biking trails, Copper Peak, horseback riding, berry picking, nearby Lake Superior, & majestic views.
