Do you own a home, condo, or cabin throughout Vilas County’s Presque Isle, Boulder Junction, or Manitowish Waters?  Are you considering renting out your home to guests while not in use by your friends & family?  Northwoods Home Rentals may be able to help.  We offer Property Management Services for your Up-North property. We handle the reservations for, and take care of the many details involved, in renting out privately owned homes, condos, and cabins.

In order to rent your property, simply contact us and we will check on your property’s county and town ordinances and whether zoning laws permit the rental of your property. Once permits are granted, the State of Wisconsin requires properties be inspected for the health and safety of future renters. Inspections are done annually; and once a resort license is obtained, it is our job to advertise and make your property available for rent. 

Northwoods Home Rentals handles all guest relations and administrative tasks related to the rental of your property, including mailing of pre-stay packets and handling of rental deposits and payments, webpage and print advertisement, and payment of applicable state and town tax.  Northwoods Home Rentals schedules services to maintain your home, including lawn care, cleaning, plowing, and garbage removal.  We work carefully with our guests and our staff to ensure homes are well taken care of.  We appreciate the trust our owners extend to us; and we continually work to ensure that this relationship is nurtured and maintained.
